What we do

Team FitOut specialises in professional project management for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) and Operating Supplies and Equipment (OS&E) installations. From new builds to property refurbishments, we ensure every installation is delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard.

Site Visits
We carry out site visits, as they are essential for planning project logistics effectively and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Inventory Control

Receiving, inspection and inventory management of all FF&E items, including damage reporting and coordination of container packing for international projects.

Delivery Schedules
Liaising directly with suppliers to coordinate and manage delivery schedules for the entire project.
Furniture & Décor Installation
Unwrapping, placement and positioning of case goods and furniture, including installation of soft furnishings, upholstered items and décor accessories.
Installations
Professional installation of artwork, mirrors, signage, mini-bars, safes and headboards.
Project Scope
Our services extend across guestrooms, corridors, public areas, restaurants, retail spaces, spas, treatment rooms, gyms and outdoor areas.
